Vincent Fraikin advises collectors and companies on the acquisition, sale, and development of modern and contemporary art collections.

Drawing on international experience gained between Paris, New York, London, and Brussels, he regularly attends the key moments of the art market, including art fairs, major exhibitions, and auctions, to represent his clients’ interests with the highest level of expertise.

Each assignment is approached as a long-term partnership with a clear objective: combining artistic rigor with in-depth market knowledge. Vincent Fraikin is involved at every stage of the process, from clarifying objectives and selecting relevant artworks to negotiation and full oversight of the transaction, including pricing, provenance, condition reporting, and the organization of transport and installation.

Vincent Fraikin acts exclusively on behalf of his clients, in complete independence. He works solely for the client who appoints him, and only that client remunerates him, ensuring a neutral and unbiased approach to the selection of counterparts, including galleries, auction houses, and private sellers, as well as to the terms of acquisition or sale.

He has notably been involved in the acquisition and or sale of works by A. R. Penck, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Romuald Hazoumè, Sheila Hicks, Izumi Kato, Kenneth Noland, and Kenjiro Okazaki, among others.

Alongside his advisory practice, Vincent Fraikin also develops a curatorial activity and has organized two exhibitions dedicated to the work of A. R. Penck.
